Add balsamic vinegar to a classic vinaigrette for a more flavorful dressing.

Ingredients
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp.
1/4 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, with wire whisk, stir together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Continue whisking and add extra-virgin olive oil in slow, steady stream. Whisk until well blended and emulsified. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
