Celebrity nose before and after 2018

and his baby mama's father agreed to let bygones be bygones shortly after that on-camera confrontation where Fab made death threats... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the rapper and tell TMZ... as heated as the argument was back on March 28, Fab and Emily's dad connected the very next day. We're told they discussed how things got out of hand, and said they would bury the hatchet. They've been hanging out together like family... just like they used to before they went toe-to-toe.

What makes this awkward now is the fact Fabolous was for  Emily, and for threatening to shoot her dad during that frightening driveway exchange.

TMZ got the video showing Fabolous while brandishing a pair of scissors, and yelling about shooting Emily and her father.

We're told Fab and Emily's father are so tight now, he's even willing to testify on Fab's behalf if the case goes to trial. As we've told you, Emily and Fabolous are still together. Likewise, our sources say he and her father were best friends before the incident, and remain that way now.

Oh, and we're told those reports Fab and Emily are married... are false.

's tweet advocating for DNA testing that could possibly free a death row prisoner is completely disrespectful to the family of those he murdered... so says the prosecutor on the case.

San Bernardino County D.A. Mike Ramos tells TMZ... his office firmly stands behind the conviction of Kevin Cooper, who was found guilty of 4 murders in 1983. Cooper has maintained his innocence and even suggested he was framed.

Ramos says he has no doubt Cooper committed the horrendous killings, and claims the case against him only gets stronger each time he appeals.

As for -- celebrity nose before and after 2018 in which she urges California Gov. to order advanced DNA testing that could settle the case once and for all -- Ramos says... "It’s time that we start talking and 'tweeting' about the victims who were brutally murdered in the sanctity of their home."

Ramos adds... "This latest attempt to free Kevin Cooper is nothing more than a red herring and another slap in the face of the victims and their family members who were forced to suffer a lifetime of pain."

As we reported... Gov. Brown has ignored the DNA request so far, but  Kim put a spotlight on his case.

says crossed the line promoting UFC 229 -- and injured her friends in the process -- telling TMZ Sports no one should break the law to sell a fight.

"I understand promoting fights and having to sell them. I really do," Ronda says... "But, I don't think people have to get arrested in order to do that."

"I think I've been able to prove that you can make a fight exciting and make people really wanna see it without crossing any legal lines."

Ronda is obviously referring to the at Barclays Center -- when Conor and his gang of hooligans smashed up a bus with a steel dolly, UFC fighters who were inside.

"I think that jumping out of the Octagon was not as bad as throwing objects at a bus, because my friend was on that bus. My friend, , missed his fight because [he got cut by the glass]."

When asked if the UFC needs to draw a hard line and punish Khabib harshly for the... Ronda had some stern words for her former employer.

"I think, if you're gonna draw the line there, you should have drawn it before that."

"I just feel like there has to be equal treatment all the way across the board. I don't think that anyone should get special treatment because they're a bigger draw."

Ronda is echoing the feelings of many critics who believe Conor should have received a substantial punishment from the UFC over the bus attack.

has insisted Conor has -- he was arrested, he's being sued and he can't fight in New York. But, others feel he deserved a substantial suspension and fine as well.

And, Ronda doesn't stop there... she also says the UFC should come down harder on fighters when it comes to punishing other misdeeds.

"I would be much more strict about everything. I say you get popped for steroids once, you’re banned for life," Ronda says.

"You know, but then again I’m not the promoter of a multi-million dollar organization."

"It’s just you have to think about, you know, from their perspective when is it not worth it anymore? I don’t want the company to be prioritizing this quarter over the next 10 years."

Ronda says she comes from a place of wanting to grow the sport and making it more family friendly.

"I don’t want it to get to the point where people are not buying tickets to go see fights live, because they are afraid of what could happen in the arena."

All that said, Ronda is still a massive MMA fan and considers Conor McGregor a friend -- and would even go to bat for him with if he ever wanted to join WWE.

Hip-hop legend Kool G Rap was charged with jacking a pair of pricey shoes -- a charge that was later dropped -- and he's claiming it all happened for one reason -- he's black.

Kool G was ordered to appear in court back in June after he was accused by an employee at a PA Finish Line store of pilfering a pair of Nike LeBron 15's -- worth 5. The employee described the thief as an African-American male in his 40's.

The rapper -- who fits the description, was shopping at the mall that day, and was tracked down in the mall's parking lot by a Finish Line employee who wrote down KGR's vehicle's registration number and immediately contacted cops. KGR was hit with misdemeanor theft.

Here's where things got interesting, his lawyers -- Donte Mills and Lennon Edwards of Mills & Edwards LLP -- claim cops jumped the gun and never reviewed the store's surveillance video. Had they looked...  they would have realized KGR never stepped foot in the joint. His attorneys say cops were just on the hunt for a black man in his 40's and that was good enough for them.

Cops belatedly determined the employee who tracked down KGR in the parking lot never eyeballed him... and that was enough for prosecutors to drop the case.

KGR and his legal team are prepping a massive lawsuit against Finish Line.

beat the criminal charge... but now he's being sued by the woman who accused him of punching her after the 1st - fight last year.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Marsha Byrd claims she got into a verbal altercation with Mayweather Sr. on September 17, 2017 outside T-Mobile Arena in Vegas... which she says turned physical.

Byrd says Floyd Sr. dragged her out of his car and repeatedly punched her with a closed fist... 'causing her serious injuries.

Mayweather Sr. was actually back in January... but he fought the case and was found in June.

But, just 'cause he was found not guilty criminally... doesn't mean he'll automatically win this civil case (see ).

Byrd doesn't specify exactly how much money she's after... but we're guessing it's a lot.

7:30 AM PT -- The judge released a letter from the D.A.'s office to Weinstein's lawyer, which says in part the witness in question said, among other things, Weinstein offered to give Evans cash if she exposed her breasts to him and that Evans told her Weinstein promised her an acting job in return for oral sex. The upshot -- the witness says Evans was not forced to perform oral sex.

According to, the detective told the witness she had no obligation to cooperate with prosecutors and "less is more."

just scored a huge victory in his sexual assault criminal case... a judge just threw out one of the 3 cases in which he was charged.

The judge said the case involving then-actress Lucia Evans was dismissed... this after prosecutors jumped the gun and asked the judge to 86 the charge of sexual assault.

TMZ broke the story... the lead detective in the Weinstein cases is after allegedly tampering with a witness who claimed Evans admitted to her she voluntarily engaged in oral sex to score an acting role. Evans claims Weinstein on her, but the witness says otherwise.

The detective allegedly hid information about the witness in dealing with prosecutors and allegedly cajoled the witness into not disclosing what she knew.

Weinstein's lawyer, Ben Brafman, asked the judge to review all of the detective's work on the case. The judge did not say whether he'll do that.

There are still 5 criminal charges against Weinstein.

Breaking News

says allegations he threw multiple pieces of furniture out of his 14th story apartment -- nearly killing a child -- are wrong... and he vows to prove his innocence.

TMZ Sports broke the story... Brown is being sued by a man who claims his 22-month-old son was walking around the pool area at the complex in April when vases and other items landed within feet of him.

The man says the items came from Brown's room and, since the child is now suffering night-terrors and other emotional issues stemming from the incident, he wants Brown to pay.

The owners of the apartment complex have also filed a lawsuit against Brown claiming he caused significant damage to his apartment.

But, Brown just issued a statement, saying, "It has now been made public that two lawsuits containing false claims have been filed against me. The facts will soon come out that prove my innocence."

"My focus will remain on football and I will not let the cases serve as a distraction.”

The problem for Brown... cops responded to the and mentioned it in their police report.

"Mr. Brown was with his trainer and another gentleman who were trying to calm him down," the report reads.

"Apparently when Mr. Brown got upset he started throwing things in the apartment and the coffee table glass was broken along with a few other minor objects."

"He also threw some objects from the balcony into the pool area causing minor damage as well."

The police does say -- "No one was hurt as a result of these actions."

We also found out Brown had called police the day before the incident to report someone had stolen out of his apartment.

WWE Hall of Famer 's first order of business after being released from prison is a total Diva move... girl went and got herself a mani-pedi!!

Less than 24 hours after getting out of the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania, Tammy Sytch hit up a local shop back in her New Jersey hometown Wednesday to get her nails done.

However, Sunny tells TMZ... her first selfie as a free woman will have to wait until after her upcoming hair appointment.

The wrestling legend also tells us she feels great, and she's happy with her family and the man she loves.

As for her time behind bars, she says... "I used the time to my advantage, worked more on my recovery and got in great shape. My probation violation cost me 7.5 months of my freedom, but I met a few good people I will miss. The one thing I won’t miss is the food!"

Tammy's been locked up for several months on a probation violation but was released on parole Tuesday.

FINALLY caught a break this week after cops had to come and deal with him in yet another police run-in that miraculously didn't end with him in cuffs... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us police were called Monday night for a disturbance at a San Fernando Valley hotel. We're told that disturbance turned out to be coming from Orlando and his manager.

Our sources say Orlando was in town this week to do a TV interview in the area, which his manager had set up. We're told the manager had booked two rooms at the hotel, and specifically requested Orlando's suite be next door to his in a connecting room. We've also been told the manager wanted to keep a close eye on the troubled actor.

Well, Orlando wasn't into that arrangement. We're told he insisted he be placed in another room that was not close. Apparently, this triggered an argument which got so crazy people called the cops, who came out to restore the peace. We're told Orlando eventually calmed down, and police left without incident... meaning OB finally WASN'T arrested. Yay!!!

He should count himself lucky considering he's been in and out of police precincts seemingly nonstop for a while now. The most recent visit produced his latest.

We broke the story... Orlando was arrested for burglary after he was caught on camera breaking into his friend's restaurant. He was sentenced to in conjunction with his from earlier this summer, and just got out on Oct. 1.

Orlando also had run-ins with cops at and, of course, later -- both of which resulted in less happier endings than this one did.

is a cold-hearted, good-for-nothing mom who'd rather party like a rock star than sweat about her husband 's pending deportation to Italy... so claims her cast mate Kim DePaola.

The 'RHONJ' star ripped into Teresa when we spoke to her just a few hours after the news broke Joe's after he finishes serving his 41-month federal prison sentence. She doesn't have much sympathy for Joe, either... telling us he's not a citizen, and the law's the law.

Then she went off on Teresa's alleged non-stop partying lifestyle, and joked (we think) that TG's already found a way to cash in on Joe's downfall.

Kim D's attack should come as no surprise -- they have a bitter history. Teresa once accused Kim of running a prostitution ring back in Season 8.

TMZ broke the story... Teresa has to uproot their 4 daughters and move to Italy when their dad gets the boot, because they've made a life here and she wants to keep it that way.

Pretty sure Kim won't be delivering a homemade pan of ziti to console Teresa.

A woman claims boxing star punched her in the head multiple times during an incident at a Dallas strip club... and now intends to sue Davis for MILLION, TMZ Sports has learned.

The accuser's attorney tells us... the woman was struck in the left side of her head with a closed fist at King of Diamonds in Dallas on April 30. We're told the woman was an employee at the club.

As a result, the woman says she was hospitalized with a "traumatic head injury" and has had to seek counseling to deal with the psychological injury associated with the attack.

The woman hired Witherspoon Law Group and intends to sue Gervonta for million "as compensation for her serious physical injury and emotional trauma."

We're told the woman did not file a police report -- but decided to come forward with the allegations after being inspired by the #MeToo movement.

It's not the first time Davis has been accused of getting violent -- he was arrested on Sept. 14 in Washington D.C. after cops say he was.

Davis -- the reigning WBA super featherweight champ -- is a rising superstar in the sport and is one of 's prodigies.

In fact, he fought on the undercard at the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight.

We reached out to Davis for comment -- so far, no word back.

Former 'Bachelor' contestant Amanda Stanton is now officially charged in her Las Vegas domestic violence case, and she's pled not guilty... TMZ has learned.

Amanda's attorney entered her plea Wednesday in the Clark County courthouse after she was charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic battery. We broke the story when she got  following an argument with her BF, Bobby Jacobs. We're told Amanda allegedly shoved him in front of a security guard at their hotel and the push was harsh enough, the guard called cops.

According to the police report, the altercation was way more severe. Bobby claimed Amanda started to hit him while he was in bed, they argued for hours before she eventually took the room's phone and swung it at him. He also told cops she'd kicked, scratched and pinched him because she was pissed he wasn't answering her calls earlier in the night.

Amanda's rep told us the whole thing was a misunderstanding, calling her shove "playful."

turned to  right before  got locked up in 2016, hoping he would write a letter vouching for her husband... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Giudices tell TMZ... Teresa reached out to Trump several months before Joe started serving his, and asked Donald to write a character letter. This was before he was elected President, but she hoped the letter would help Joe get a lighter sentence.

Our sources say she and Trump got along while she was on the fifth season of the 'Celebrity Apprentice' in 2012, so we're told she thought she'd give it a shot. Nothing ventured, nothing gained... but it didn't work.

We're told Trump's office -- and not Trump himself -- wrote a letter back saying he would NOT be able to do anything for her with regards to Joe. His staff wished her and her family well, FWIW.

As you know, Trump went on to become Prez... and Joe went on to. Joe was just ordered to be once he's out of prison.

Joe's crime was a federal offense, so it's at least possible Trump could pardon him. Take 2, Teresa?
